SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Friday, September 11th, 2026
Submission fee: $175.00 per entry
Entries may be submitted as:
- PLAN SPONSOR ONLY
- JOINT - Plan sponsor and service provider/retirement plan adviser entering together
- SERVICE PROVIDER/RETIREMENT PLAN ADVISER ONLY (generic materials)
Entries may include both print and online components as part of a single entry for all categories.
Please note: Campaigns must have been launched no earlier than Jan. 1, 2025, and include metrics to gauge effectiveness. Also, P&I has moved to an all-electronic entry process for submitting supporting campaign materials. Plan sponsors and their consultants should upload relevant PDFs of printed materials sent to plan participants and include web links that will enable judges to review the materials. High resolution JPEGS of campaign prizes or incentives should also be included. Mail-in materials will not be judged.

Winners will be announced at the P&I Defined Contribution East Conference being held on March 14-16, 2027 at the Marriott Resort Fort Lauderdale Harbor Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

The website and registration system for the P&I East Coast Defined Contribution Conference will launch in late September 2026.
